Question : This morning I had a BP of 170 over 88. It later came down to 151 over 86. I typically have a normal BP, but in the last week, it's been climbing and my face feels tingly around the eyes and nose.
Brief Answer:
Monitor your BP
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
BP of >150/90mm Hg is considered high for your age. Still you need to monitor it at least twice daily once in morning & than at night in a calm relaxed state. If it is still high, we first recommend to cut salt intake (which you are already doing) & if it remains high we than prescribe medicine.
For tingling please check your VitD3 & Vit B12.
Thanks.
