Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Most of the medicines have side effect of gastritis. You can take Tab Pantoprazole 40mg once daily half hr before breakfast & can be taken twice daily if gastritis is very much.
High BP causes headache which gradually goes away as the BP gets controlled.
BP of 160/90 is high & should be controlled. I will recommend you to monitor the BP regularly & should decrease the salt intake. Avoid smoking & alcohol if you are doing so. Drink cleaner water. Exercise regularly & you will notice your BP will be in control & need for medicine will decrease.
If the BP will still be high than you will need medicine for which you first have to do some basic tests like CBC, kidney function test, thyroid profile, Renal Doppler.
I hope I answered your query. If you have any other question, I'll be happy to help.
Thanks
Wishing you a healthy life.

No it can not
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Bp increase only temporarily after stress, exertion or infection & comes back to normal after a while.
Gastritis will not cause high bp. You need to monitor your bp twice daily- once in morning & than again at night in relaxed state.
Continue diet & exercise as i advised earlier.
For acidity Pantoprazole will be good & you can take it twice before breakfast & dinner.
Thanks

Hi,
Sinus does not cause high bp.
For blocked nose & sinus, I suggest you to try otrivin nasal spray & tab Montair LC once daily. A ENT doctor will guide you better.
Thanks
