Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now since the antibiotics course has already been started, you must continue it for 10-14 days and should not stop in between..

If you don't have any high blood pressure problems then this range of blood pressure is acceptable..(So do you have HBP ? what is the general range of BP of yours ?)

However constant diarrhea causes a lot of fluid loss from the body and if not replenished , resulting in acute dehydration, so in turn causes drop in blood pressure.. So please ensure to drink a lot of mineral water, ORS solution to compensate the fluid loss in the mean while..

I hope this will clarify your doubt..let me know if your having any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
