Brief Answer:
Pain goes in favor of inflammation. Cancer not much hereditary
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Seen the reports.
The reports are of Nov 2021.
Lump with pain in breast in young female is usually suggestive of fibrocystic disease or so.
Cancer does not cause any pain.
Less percentage of patients have family history - hence not much hereditary.
If the lump and pain are still persistent in one breast it is better to consult a general Surgeon for clinical examination, FNAC/biopsy if needed and other investigations as may be suggested.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
As detailed
Detailed Answer:
The Ultrasonography findings is saying BI-RADS III / 3 . This is most probably benign (means not cancerous).
Either Follow-up in a short time frame is suggested or one can go for excision biopsy as the lesions are small and near areola. If the anxiety level of the patient is too high and if she is willing then removal by peri-areolar route and subjecting the specimen for histo-pathology helps in the following ways.
- One gets rid off the lesions for ever.
- One gets a confirmed diagnosis. Assurance also.
I hope this answer helps you further. Please give the feedback and ask for any further queries.
(This is my opinion upon available history and reports. May vary from Surgeon to Surgeon.)
