Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having trouble some tongue. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any bleeding or pain or itching ?
Is it associated with tonsill or any oral cavity infection ?
Kindly get back to me with details and photo.
In the mean time, I suggest you to do simple salt water gargling and over the counter panadol (paracetamol) for active pain.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Brief Answer:
Stop sour foods
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
Based on your photo and clinical details, it appears to be fissured tongue, commonly seen in nutritional deficiencies and who take sour foods.
I suggest you to continue same medications with over the counter multivitamin capsule once daily for 10 days and stop taking sour foods ( citrus fruits n foods).
All the best. Take care.
