Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Chemotherapy is a feasible option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the reports. I understand your concern.
In her case, the lungs are in a little bad shape due to the interstitial lung disease and hence she has not been provided fitness for the surgery. I n such a case, chemotherapy followed by chemoradiation will be a feasible option.
Since there will a problem with weaning her off after the surgery, the pulmonologist and surgeon are right in deferring the surgery.
We can start with chemotherapy.Usually we start with FOLFIRINOX protocol(if good general condition) or gemcitabine based therapy (if slightly poor condition).
Feel free to ask further.
Regards
