Please don't use this combination.
It can be damaging.
Soda has no role in hair cleansing while vinegar being an acid coagulates hair protein and gives smoothness and shine however in long term this can be damaging.
There are various good shampoos in market like triclenz , x gain etc .
You can use any of these.

As I mentioned earlier you can use triclenz or x gain shampoo.
These are balanced shampoos with nutrients for hair growth.
You can use zyndet or dermadew soap.
