Is Conception Possible Through IVF When With Severe Endometriosis?

Question: I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis in August 2014( 30 ys old, Married since 4 yrs). Took 3 month Lupron shots, last shot on Oct 7th 2014. Now on Duoluton l for 2 cycles(to get my periods back and to supress the cysts). After that i will start TTC. One tube and ovary is in good shape. What are my chances to conceive through IUI. Should I go for IVF directly?

1. Since you have severe endometriosis and age being 30 years, you should go directly for IVF.

2. With only one tube healthy, the chances of conception with IUI is less.

Earlier when my ovaries were stimulated I had developed a 7*5 cm cyst. Duoluton l was prescribed to prevent the re-occurrence of cysts. Should i continue with Duoluton l for 2 cycles or discontinue with the current cycle?
