Is Conception Possible When Follicle Size Is Small?

Question: My wife undergoes MTP in Nov'14 due to consumption of Isoretinoin during pregnancy period (for 7 days)
After 6 months when we were planning to conceive again, then we came to know that the follicles size is less for my wife. Cycle for my wife lasts for 3 days only.
Treatment for 3 months as follows:-
2nd day after period, Letrozole for 5 days
Then a injection in the belly (triggering the follicle), dont remember right now...
Now the Dr has given
Tamoxifen on 2nd day for 7 days

Brief Answer:
Gonadotropin injections can be taken
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about small follicles.
It is possible to have small follicles in some women though letrozole or tamoxifen. It is advisable to add gonadotrophin injection in them.
Hence request your doctor to add 2 or 3 doses of gonadotrophin injections like HMG which will definitely increase follicle size.
After attaining follicle size of 18 mm or more trigger injection can be given.
Let me know if you need any more clarification.

However I have few concerns
Prior to Nov14 my wife was normal i.e. she was having normal periods of 5-6 days...following which she got pregnant on Nov14.
But after MTP, her 5 days periods has reduced to 3 days, with small follicle size?
Why has this happened?
Was there any complications in MTP?
When will she have normal periods of 5-6 days that is missing since 8 months
Is this whole case a normal one i.e. will she be able to become pregnant again...

Brief Answer:
Everything is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Having bleeding for 3 days is absolutely normal. Bleeding for 5 to 6 days is not normal. I don't see any reason to worry about 3 days bleeding. She can get pregnant again easily.
Follicles also become large bit late though. That is not a problem. Overall I see everything is normal.
This is not MTP complication.

Thanks for your reply
I trust your words and my Dr's procedures
Being a layman, concerns will be there.
Just to update, two eggs have been identified, one one is 13 mm and 2nd is 10 mm
Hope all is going on well till now...
What is the possibility of my wife getting pregnant this time..??
I guess the above all is called IUC
Hope my Dr does'nt ask us to go for artificial insemination..?

Brief Answer:
Good development
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Good to see 2 eggs coming up.
With persinal being given these both or at least one good follicle is likely to develop.
You can try naturally after this. Just ask your doctor if she is thinking about doing IUI ( artificial insemination).
