The most common symptom of kidney stone or stones is a severe pain which is usually present on sides of abdomen and is generally associated with nausea,however one can have mild,dull or severe pain in back also.
Other associated symptoms can be frequent urination,burning in urine,persistent urged to urinate,bloating,nausea,vomiting etc.
Constipation is not the sign of kidney stones.
