Brief Answer:
This should be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. Pierce,

The reason for washing vegetables is to remove dirt that may contain bacteria, and to remove residues from farming such as pesticides (although washing does not thoroughly remove the latter).

Cooking the vegetables should kill most bacteria.

And vegetables that are bought in conventional stores are almost always pre-rinsed to some extent too.

People eat vegetables like broccoli raw, even without thoroughly washing these, and there is usually no harm.

I don't think you need to worry, especially since you cooked it well.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.

I would expect within a few hours.

Please know that broccoli is in the cruciferous family, and these vegetables tend to be more resistant to harmful bacteria.
