Question: Hi. My cat has the corona virus can..can it spread to me or my dog??

By the time your cat has been diagnosed as having Corona Virus it has gone out of contagious period and hence there is no chance of transmission from your cat to you or your dog.

But still dispose the excreta of your cat properly as there is a very slight chance of transmission to other pets ( not to humans ) through cat's feces.

Thanks..is it transmittable to other pets as in dogs or is it species specific ? Like can it only be transfered to other cats ?
