Is Corrective Surgery Possible For Urogenital Sinus?
Question: A female born with congenital adrenal hyperplasia and was born with a large clitrios. Does that automatically mean she has an urogenital sinus? And is corrective surgery a must?

Medical management with salt correction, glucocorticoid plus or without mineralocorticoid replacement is the key.
