Hello and welcome,

If you haven't used within the past 3 months prior to last night, as long as you don't use anymore, you should be ok for surgery in 5 days.

The break down products of methamphetamine (metabolites) are still present in the body 2-4 days after taking it.

Since it is a drug where people tend to get on it and use daily if they can, it has a very high addiction/dependency likelihood, and then as you are probably aware, it can really make a mess of a person's health and life.

So it looks like you are ok for that surgery you have scheduled, but do everything you can not to use it again.

I hope this information helps. Good luck with your surgery.

So on the 5th days it's completely out of your system? And would it show up on routine drug tests after 4 days?

Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
If you just used meth this one time (since 9 months ago), then it should be mostly out of your system by day 5. Sometimes the metabolites can be detected in the urine as late as day 5 so I can't say with 100 % certainty that it would not show up on a routine drug test on day 5. But after that there isn't much chance of it showing up.
