Is Cramping In The Lower Abdomen Radiating Towards The Vagina A Concern?
Question: Hi I am 48 yrs old just finished periods 8 days ago I do not use contraceptives but today I suddenly had cramping lower abdomen which suddenly in minutes moved to vagina and from my vagina it felt like something was trying to thrust out so I lay down and the cramping is disappearing but slight pressure I still feel inside my vagina
Brief Answer:
Need ultrasound of whole abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From your description, it seems like a lump that may be "twisting". It could be a fibroid or ovarian cyst etc. To come to a definite diagnosis, an ultrasound of whole abdomen is required. A gynecologist examination will also be helpful.
Kindly upload the reports so that we can discuss further.
