The procedure which you will have is a cystoscopy. A thin camera is inserted through urethra to bladder. A scope is lubricated with anesthetic gel. This gel allows to lessen the pain, however still you may find this procedure uncomfortable.
There is no strong pain. But you may feel burning or pushing during the insertion. It may be compared to large catheter inserting.
The way you will be feeling it depends of your individual sensitivity.
