I really dont want to go under, but I dont know what to do? My doctor is will to ;put me under. Should I try to do the procedure again without going under?
Brief Answer:
Cystoscopy is a simple procedure, and not painful at all.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX and welcome to HCM.
You should mention why your doctor has advised a cystoscopy, as well as, why it was done the first time. Cystoscopy is a simple test, done under mild sedation, as a day case procedure. The patient has minimal discomfort, if at all.
There's no need to worry, if it's done by an experienced Urologist.

I'm not sure you are reading my questions. I have had the procedure before as I mentioned. It was very painful for me. For you to tell me that it's not a painful procedure is not answering my question. Just thought you might know why my procedure was so painful
