Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I will like to tell you that the vertizac is a medicine for vertigo , it contains - cinnarizine 20mg + DimenHydrinate 40mg . It is a safe medicine but long term use is not recommended . It is generally given for 14 days and then tapered accordingly .
But in individual cases it can vary from patient to patient .

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
That tapering schedule is individually designed for every patient and that your treating doctor will take a decision . These drugs are generally not prescribed for long term .
The risk of drug induced parkinsons does exist but it is not seen in such small courses generally so you need not worry about that . If you notice any such feature like tremors etc see your treating doctor immediately.
Take care.
