Oil is not absorbed through skin.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Let me mention that contrary to popular belief, oil is NOT absorbed through skin. So, oil massage is actually not going to be beneficial. However, there is a thing called tactile stimulation (tactile=related to touch) or touch therapy which is beneficial for babies. You need to run your hand non-repetitively systematically over all the parts of the body. It helps in sensory maturation of the baby. So, instead of oil massage, I would recommend you to do that instead. It is a wrong notion that Dabur Lal Tel or XXXXXXX Coconut Oil will help in healthy bone growth of the baby. For a healthy bone growth of the baby you need to give exclusive breast feeding as well as Calshine P Drops 0.5 ml once daily (contains Vitamin D which is essential for calcium absorption. Calcium helps in bone formation).
The regurgitation of curdled milk indicates inadequate burping. You should burp the baby for at least 15-20 mins after each feed. All you need to do is to hold the baby head end elevated for this duration. The extra air taken causes distention and hence colics. Proper burping will ensure its escape and the milk will not regurgitate back from the stomach to the food pipe, thus providing relief.
Let me know if I could help further.

Safety not established
Detailed Answer:
There is no study that has established the safety of Dabur Lal Tel in babies. So there is no way to assure you that it is safe.
Calamine P is a brand of Vitamin D. Give any one of the two. No need to give both.
