Is Delay In Menstrual Bleeding After Missing A Dose Of Birth Control Pill Normal?

Question: Last week I missed a BC pill.I didnt realise I had missed it until yesterday.essentially i skipped an active pill without catching up.How high is risk of pregn?

So, you should wait for the periods.

I understand that missing a single pill has little chance of pregnancy but is the same so if you miss it entirely without making it up the following day. Because essentially i missed a full day and then juat carried on as usual the following day

Hi dear,
If one do not take the missed pill next day in the first 14 days of the cycle, then the chances of pregnancy are there as ovulation can occur.
If the pill is missed in second half of the cycles, then there are almost nil chances of pregnancy.
It depends upon the time of the cycle.
