It is evident that you had sex with your girlfriend during her menses and hence there are no chances of her being pregnant as she was in her safe period and ovulation hadn't occurred at all, there by denying any chances of fertilisation.
The possible delay at present can be due to illness associated stress during the cycle which can easily delay the menses. However just to confirm get the urine pregnancy test if the menses are not resumed after 8 days post missed period sand if test is negative then she can safely wait till 15 days for allowing the menses to resume naturally,

Well if you had sex by 12th -13th this month when she was likely to have her menses and she didn't then though she is unlikely to get pregnant during this time as ovum had already involuted but it would be best to get a urine pregnancy test done as of now as its already more than 10 days post sex and post missed periods. If negative then she should wait for total of 15 days post missed period and then can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.
