I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptomatology seems to be related to gastric issues. Gastritis, hiatal hernia, or some degree of gastroesophageal reflux could be related to your chest discomfort and belching.
Antacid and gastric anti-secretor (proton pump inhibitors) medications could be helpful in this regard.

I am sorry, but I can't review your uploaded reports (it's impossible to open on the platform, may be a system error); you may upload it again or copy and paste on this window).
A gastro-hepatologist consultation and fibro-gastroscopy would be recommended to further clarify the clinical condition and follow the therapy (H. pylori eradication).

I remain open for further questions and discussions. Hope to have been helpful to you!
