Is Dizziness After A Blood Test Normal?
Question: age: 46, working women in office;
mestruation: normal, no change in diet recently, exercise daily (running or jogging for 15min daily)
had my first blood test (only 1 viral) yesterday, then feel very tired (wanna nap) after few hours.
no special change in diet. Have one vit c tablet daily.
according to my food diary, i already have 15mg iron daily
Still feel tired now. only feel better during meals.
What could be wrong? Any type of anemia I have?
What can I do now?

Brief Answer:
Generalised weakness
Detailed Answer:
Hi
greetings
I understand your concern.
You have not mentioned about other medical problems.? do you have diabetes, thyroid deficiency etc.
If you have not done your check up get your blood fasting tests for lipid profile ,HBA1c ,free t3 freet4 ,TSH and vitamine D and vit B12 XXXXXXX blood routine tests.
VIT D Deficiency, can cause weakness if your other parameters are normal.
These tests can exclude diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid problems. Most common causes for weakness.
Hope you will update the blood reports.FEEL FREE TO ASK YOUR DOUBTS WITH MORE DETAILS .
