Is Doctor Consultation Necessary For Abdominal Hematoma Caused By An Injury?

Question: I'm a 53 year-old male in good shape (6' 185 pounds). I slipped in my shower two days ago and ended up with a badly bruised middle back on the right side. Since then my stomach has also become quite distended. I have trouble sleeping and it is painful to bend over.Should I rush to see my doctor?

Th hematoma can compress the other abdominal organs, thus, an ultrasound of abdomen is required to see the status of abdominal organs.
