Brief Answer:
Observe for two days, ask someone to accompany you for few days while driving
Detailed Answer:
HI XXXX
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by you I feel you have BPPV.
BPPV is the most common cause for vertigo.
It tends to recur and each recurrence lasts for a few days.
Avoid driving a car or operating heavy machinery if you experience frequent dizziness. As you have mentioned that presently, you do not have giddiness, I would suggest you to wait for two days and observe. In case if you do not get any symptoms, then you ask someone to accompany you, when you drive for few days. Later you can drive own your own.
Hope this helps
Take care.
