Is Eating Ice Cream Safe During 39th Week Of Pregnancy?
Question: iam 39 weeks pregnant. I don't have any kind of complications. is it safe to have icecream.
Brief Answer:
yes it safe to have icecream
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,
It is not at all a problem to have ice cream or any other food items if you want to have them at 39 weeks.
Only if a woman is in labour do we restrict her from having certain food items.
It is good to know that you do not have any complications, please visit your Gynaecologist at 40 weeks to decide on the delivery plan.
Hope everything turns out fine.
Hope this helps.
Enjoy your ice cream.

I am due by Dec 27th 2015. is there any way to induce labour by exercises . is it safe?
Brief Answer:
Safe to just wait for labour to start.
Detailed Answer:
It would be best that you wait for nature to take its own course.
A lot of information and advises must be coming your way regarding the induction of labour but it would be safest to wait.
Some women try yoga, squatting etc. but none are proven to be beneficial. Nice relaxing walks in the evening will be helpful to keep you calm. I understand the last few days are very stressful but you need to be calm. Even if your due is on 27 Dec, many women go on till 10 day after that and it is absolutely safe to wait for 10 days after the due date for labour to start. As long as you are feeling the baby movements well and have no complications.
Hope this helps.
