Question: Is electrical muscle stimulation (for muscle toning) bad for fertility? I'm a 42 year old woman trying to get pregnant

hi, I have not conceived yet. We are actively trying to get pregnant naturally at the moment. We will probably try another round of IVF in September or October.

So at the moment, I am not pregnant at all.

I am doing the electrical muscle training to look good in photographs (I am a model)

Go for IVF soon

Hi,

Only thing I suggest is go ahead with IVF soon. After 40 it becomes bit difficult to conceive due to low egg reserve and also increased chance of chromosomal abnormalities. Earlier the treatment the better.
