Brief Answer:
It is likely due to allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Elevated eosinophils most commonly represent allergy either respiratory viral in nature or due to parasitic infections. If there is no response to nizonide, then anti allergic may be tried including a short course of steroids. It is not a serious issue and eosinophil counts will fall back to normal once cold and sneezing subsides.
Thanks.
