Is Ellyptical Trainer Workout Advisable In The Morning?
Question: Dear doctor,
I am training on ellyptical trainer every morning. I am starting my workout after 30-40 minutes i wake up and after having breakfast. I am training 60 minutes(3 times a week) or 90 minutes (3times a week) burning 400-700 calories per workout. I am keeping my heartrate at 115-120 average bpm. However, some people argue that training in the morning is not reccomended. Could you please tell me whether i must change my training pattern?

Your time on elliptical is adequate and you can continue and increase gradually if you need to burn more calorie.
