Hello Sir,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Before giving my opinion about it I would like to ask a few questions.
When she started her first menses?
Is she taking any tablet for it?
Any other associated symptoms like obesity, facial hair growth, irregular menstrual cycle?
Can you please upload her ultrasound report?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Hello Sir,
Thanks for the answer.
As she is not having any other symptoms and her menses are regular,so in my opinion we should go for repeat ultrasound scan just after her menses.
If endometrial thickness increased that time she need further evsluation.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
