Question: I m 38 bulky myomata uterus with endometrium thickness of 22mm with patchy echo texture..pain in the lower abdomen but no bleeding or spotting

The attached report shows benign uterus swellings- myomata which are not worrisome if there is no bleeding. But the hyperplastic endometrium is worrisome and D&C with biopsy is needed to rule out any malignancy.

Thank for the reply doctor... Have undergone a pap smear test just can wait for the report..Incase malignancy next what to be done
