Is Expressing Milk With Hand After Breastfeeding A Safe Habit?
Question: I am a nursing mother and would want to know if expressing milk with hands is safe. i am expressing some 2-3 times per day when my daughter sleeps off and doesn't empty the breast completely.is it safe or any problems might creep in future?
