Brief Answer:
Nothing significant
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
The attached reports are normal. Mesenteric lymph node enlargement can cause abdominal pain. Mesenteric lymph nodes mostly enlarge due to respiratory or abdominal infections. 5-10 mm lymph nodes are commonly found in children who have abdominal pain. Anyways >10mm lymph node diameter is considered clinically significant. Just take your precautions like frequent hand washing, hygienic home cooked food, cleaner drinking water with low ppm, regular exercise. If there is any diarhea or respiratory infection, then take medicines accordingly. So nothing to worry about abdominal pain and mesenteric lymph nodes.
Even simple renal cysts are common finding. There is no reason for this to affect kidney function unless its large and needs drainage by a surgeon.
There is no high blood sugar and no infection in urine. However it was better if we also had a kidney function test (BUN, Sr Creatinine) done to completely rule out any kidney problem.
Otherwise your can be reassured. You can give her leafy vegetables and fruits. Juice of leaves of raddish mixed with some sugar is a good anti-oxidant.
