Brief Answer:
Travel mode depends on her symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Travel mode depends on her symptoms and baseline saturation of oxygen (Spo2).
If she is maintaining baseline Spo2 above 90% without any symptoms (breathlessness, cough, chest tightness, chest pressure etc) then she can fly without any fear.
But if she is having breathlessness on minimal exertion, frequent coughing with expectoration and baseline Spo2 remains less than 90% then it is better to avoid flight and prefer train.
So please let me know her symptoms and baseline Spo2 so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your mother. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is measured by pulse oximeter.

Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, it would be great if you can upload her reports.
And baseline Spo2 is measured by pulse oximeter. It is handy instrument which is attached to index finger of the patient.
It is not blood report. It should be recorded in OPD by pulmonologist.
Are you aware of such thing?
