Is Fluid Leakage From The Left Ear Indicative Of Sinus Infection?

Question: I have been sick....congestion, headache, cough. Now there is fluid coming out of my left ear when I lie on my side. Is this my sinuses draining?

The discharge from ear is because of infection in the ears and perforation in the drum.
Put ciprofloxacin ear drops.
The infection in the ear is aggravated by nasal congestion.
Please tell me what medicines have you been taking so far for nasal congestion so that I can suggest you better.

I have been using a nasal decongestant spray. Oxymetazoline hydrochloride. I started taking an antibiotic...bactrim.
