Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Frequent urination and weight loss could be a diabetes.
High blood glucose cause increase excretion of glucose in the urine.
Glucose in urine draw more fluid with it and cause more urination (osmotic diuresis).
Weight loss due to increased catabolism.
I would suggest to undergo following tests:
Fasting blood sugar (8-10 hour fasting),
Post meal blood sugar (2 hour after normal meal),
Hb1Ac and serum insulin level.

Hope I answered your question
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
