Brief Answer:
Suspicious of urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:

Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Good Morning!
I can understand your concern for your beloved wife.

In the 3rd trimester of pregnancy (like 7th month) usually increased urination is due to hormone (progesterone) induced relaxation of the tubes of urinary tract and the lack of space (due to growing baby) which exert pressure on the urinary bladder. This results in lots of trips to pass small amounts of urine.

Before I could give some suggestion, will you please provide the following information?
1. Is she feeling pain or burning sensation while passing urine?
2. Does she feel a sense of urgency to pass urine?
3. Does she leak urine when she feels the urge to pass urine.
4. Any smell in the urine? Is it cloudy or does it contain blood?
5. Any associated lower abdominal pain?

Awaiting your reply.
Regards.
