Is Grade 1 Diastolic Dysfunction While Experiencing Burning Sensation In The Chest A Serious Concern?
Question: hi. Iam 30 year old obese male suffering from chest burning i had a echo almost 2 years back .everything was normal with mild tr,ph tr jet 2.8 rvsp 30 plus rap doctor said nothing to worry since Iam obese lungs will be restricted so pressures were fine also my other findings were normal in echo including ECG and tmt test.i took another test after 3-4 months with same doctor this time no tr/ph was reported but had grade 1 diastolic dysfunction with A>E in my last report everything was fine normal E>A it showed mild concentric lvh in new reported with left artium 4.0. consulted couple of doctors all echo reported E>A and Ivs 1.0 almost all echo reports had left artium under 3.7 to 3.8.new doctor told me couldn't find lvh in any of Ecgs. must be error on first doctors partall my echo,ECG,tmt are consist with normal values except for that diastolic dysfunction and ph which keeps worrying me

I had kidney stone removed through ursl+dj stent.before the procedure they had all the blood tests done along with ecg everything was fine no diabetes .cholesterol levels were great considering my weight.bp was little fluctuating because of tension then it went back to normal problem with chest pain started when stent was removed two weeks after the procedure.kidney doc told me to consult cardio for chest pain that's when first echo was taken.which I have attached showed mild ph.with same doctor after 3 months echo report showed diastolic dysfunction with no tr/ph.i dont have that report other two which i have taken after the diastolic report is attached.when I visited doctors regularly my diastolic bp was little higher side 90-100 they prescribed me nebicard 2.5mg have put on even more weight now. cholesterol levels increased for which iam using rozat 5mg then cholesterol levels came down.i had renal Doppler scan in case kidney is causing issue everything was fine

regarding chest pain initially it was constant.after adding medicine nebicard 2.5 mg,rozat 5mg,sompraz d40 pain was not continous only when having big meal.nowadays iam having chest while walking initially it was left side now it's on right side.i also get dizzy feeling for split second especially lying down even a small head turn may trigger it.also I have breathing issues like my nose is blocked xray showed increased tuberinates
