Brief Answer:
Grapefruit reaction

Detailed Answer:
Good evening. Please refer to the list:

Gabapentin- NO GRAPEFRUIT REACTION

Seroquel (quetiapine)- Significant - Monitor Closely

grapefruit will increase the level or effect of quetiapine by causing it to behave as if it were in a MUCH HIGHER DOSAGE than prescribed. Or, side effects of a significant nature may come on much sooner or at much LOWER DOSES than typically seen or expected.

Lamotrigine- NO GRAPEFRUIT REACTION

Trazodone- Significant - Monitor Closely

grapefruit will increase the level or effect of TRAZODONE by causing it to behave as if it were in a MUCH HIGHER DOSAGE than prescribed. Or, side effects of a significant nature may come on much sooner or at much LOWER DOSES than typically seen or expected.

Prazosin- NO GRAPEFRUIT REACTION
