First of all let me tell you that routinely heart rate fluctuates between 60 to 100.This is normal variation .Exercise,anxiety ,stress keeps it on higher side and relaxation and sleep keeps it on lower side.As long as it is below 100 it is considered normal variation.This can be sinus rhythm and you should get an ECG done to be sure that there is no arrhythmia .
so just do not worry about it.However I would like to know if you have any complaints like fever or otherwise.Kindly inform me your complaints if any then I shall guide you ,otherwise this heart rate should not be cause of concern.
