Is Hair Fall Of 10-20 Strands A Day Normal?
Question: To Dr. Ratnesh Pandey
Have completed the course for 2 more months, the below medication:
Acid Flour 200 - Alternate Days XXXXXXX Sulph 200 - 4 Pills twice a day
Phosphorus 200 - 4 Pills twice a day
Wiesbaden 200 - 6 Pills twice a day
Selenium 1000 - 3 Pills on twice on Sunday/ Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday
R89 Lipocol - 3 times a day - 15 Drops in a cup of water
I see some improvement in the middle but less hair in front. That is my observation. Hair fall is like 10-20 hair everyday, is that normal? What is the next course of action for me?

Normal hair fall rate is 15 to 25 and it may be more depending upon age and health of hair.
So the 10-15 hair is quite a good and shows the hairs are healthy. Meantime suggest you to keep track of health of hair and presence of dandruff. This may increase the rate of hair fall.
Now the problem is the no hair growth is observed at the front.
This time i am increasing the potency of weisbeden 200 to weisbeden 1M. Take 6 pills of the medicine once in a day. Take other medicine as earlier prescribed as you have mentioned in the query except weisbeden.
Medicine specificalĺy works in new hair growth.
Take medicine for another 45 days and update

Dry dandruff is still there. See, I wash my hair everyday after applying Jaborandi Q with a mild shampoo - Khadi Brand. This one is suitable to me. I do not have wet dandruff since 3-4 yrs now. But this dry dandruff is still there. Is it normal to have dandruff. I understand dandruff help loosen the hair follicle and thinning of the hair over the period of time.
Frontal portion (sideways primarily and to some extent exactly at the front) is going bald now with very light hair but at the extreme front, I clearly see small hair which have grown in the past 6-7 months or so.
As far as middle portion is considered, yes, there is a growth of hair there as well. But not quite remarkably. I see growth happening from 3-4 months ago.
My main goal now is to have bulk hair growth, and strength to the hair (meaning less thinning)
Considering the medication I have taken till now. Please suggest suitable (if any) besides Weisbeden 1M. I will start with it immediately and report after 45 days.
