Brief Answer:
Monitoring required
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue so you definitely need to monitor the cyst via ultrasound and also get CA-125 and CEA levels every 6 months along with ultrasound.
Most likely it will not grow cancerous now but still it is better to monitor always.

Polycystic ovary: could this be considered polycystic ovary? TSH 0.89, loosing hair
Other symptoms. Sudden finding of rapid hair loss. Coull this ovarian cyst be polycystic syndrome? TSH 0.89

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound reports needed
Detailed Answer:
Yes Mam, sorry for the delay in response as I was struck in an emergency.
No it is not related to polycystic ovary.
But still I would like to see your last two ultrasound reports to give a better opinion.
TSH is normal so nothing to worry in that respect.
Rapid hair loss is normal at your age so you can take folic acid plus biotin and pyridoxine combination tablets which are good for hair health.
But in general they won't do wonders frankly.
In case you have any other question please feel free to ask.
