Yes, it is normal to have hair around the nipple. However, it should be very minimal and not dense.

Too much hair around the nipple or facial hair could be a sign of hirsutism, a hormone imbalance.

I recommend :
-A physician consult.
-If clinically indicated, blood tests to check for testosterone levels.

Based on clinical examination and lab reports, we can find out if it need to be treated.

If you have never had hair around the nipped and it is there now, then it is probably due to a hormone imbalance. Please get it checked right away.
