Brief Answer:
Need some further details regarding..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and reviewed the list of medications, let me assure you something at first.

Heart rate of 85-95 is is relatively fine given her age and considering she's a known hypertensive who's already on medications.

Now feeling of heart beat running faster is palpitation which can be there due to several reasons.

First and foremost is anxiety , if she is always aware what's going with her heart and heartbeat then this can very much cause this.

Other than that , I need you to inquire and find out if there is any other stressful condition which is bothering her (even climbing stairs , walking long distance , any strenuous activity , any particular pain).

If the range is what you've already mentioned then nothing to worry . But if it's persistently bothering her then I'd advice you to start low dose Benzodiazepin for her . Start her on Tab ALPRAX 0.25 mg Once daily at bedtime and let me know how she stats.

As far as diet's concern , let me know her routine dietary habit first, then i can opine further on that basis. But do try to avoid too many Tea/coffee(one or two cups a day is fine) /Salty junk foods and carbonated drinks.

I'd like know when was the last ECG and Echo was done ?

Also let me know when was the routine visit to your Cardiologist was done ?

Since how long she's been continuing all the anti-hypertensives (was dosage always been like this or altered recently ?)

Is there any excessive sweating during sleep/ even after normal activities ?

Does she feel tired and exhausted all the time or quite often ?

When was the last time blood tests were done for Hemoglobin and Electrolytes along with Kidney function test and what were their parameters ?

Let me know all these details so that I can help you further.. Tell your mother not to worry , it's gonna be fine..

Take Care
Regards
