Question: I hit my fore head on door jam last night. Should I be worried. I only have pain where I hit it. Little tired today but am not a good sleeper. Still up and did my morning hour walk. Worried like XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
You shouldn't worry too much.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I see such patients in my everyday practice.

It is important to clarify some issues like: did you experienced any loss or clouding of consciousness? did you experienced any nausea or vomits? any worsening headache?

If no such concerns, then you have nothing to worry about. Rest and Paracetamol should help improve your symptoms.

If any of these symptoms, you should consult your primary care Doctor.

Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions or clarifications.

Wishing you good health.
