Please go for an Xray LS spine to look for any fracture.

This is making it difficult to sleep because i can't maneuver my body without pain. If i push right where it hurts sometimes that relieves the pain. The source of the pain is pretty much right on my hip bone.

Brief Answer:
you should exclude a pelvic region fructure

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

After a trauma like you have experienced and on persisting of the pain on movement, the first thing you should rule out is a bone fracture.

It can be excluded by a simple radiography of the pelvic area, including the spine.

Once it is normal, you should not worry about and it will pass in a few days.

Hope this helps, please feel free using MHC again
