Is Hemmorrhagic Cyst In Kidney Dangerous?

Question: Is hemmoragic cyst in kidney dangerouos? The ct scan shows one in each kidney and they measure 7mm. He has two smaller stones in the right kidney. Over the last three weeks he has peed blood with small clots two different times. He has no pain.

I am so sorry to hear about these cysts that you have reported. What makes a difference here is the fact that the cyst has blood in it. Otherwise, it would have been just a kidney cyst. The size is still small and warrants no aggressive measures to address this at this time. however, close monitoring of the cyst and kidney function would be very helpful in making the required adjustments to his management plan.
