Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Now, Hemoglobin level of 10.5 is definitely on the lower side(Anemia), so a detailed look at the possible cause should be initiated without any further delay..

Few blood investigation eg. Hemogram with peripheral blood smear, reticulocyte count, Serum Iron Profile and liver function assay along with Stool OBT should be done.. there's also a need to get clinically examined by your PCP to rule out any significant signs and symptoms secondary to anemia..(a previous baseline Hb level and other parameters value would be extremely helpful in this regard too , to determine if it's a chronic/acute phase)..

If your on any blood thinners, it'll be necessary to get done coagulation profile along with those other set of investigations and also to look for any easy bruising/redness over any part of the body, any reddish discoloration of the urine/motion..

So overall, I'd not say it's extremely concerning, but definitely concerning enough to get investigated and examined further to look for the possible etiology and get managed accordingly..

Let me know if there's any further queries, i'll be glad to clarify..

Take Care
Kind Regards

How significant is it that on 4/25 the RBC count was 4.6 and the Hb was 14.5, then on May 28 it was RBC: 4.25; Hb 13.5
