Is High Fever After Administering Vaccinations To An 18-month-old A Concern When The Child Is Still Active?

Question: my 18 month grandson have fever 100.8 for a week and donot want to eat but he still do his normal active. Also
he was behind on his shots. He was given 8 shots at one time also a week ago.
