Brief Answer:
it's the pregnancy probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

hot feet is a relatively common symptom of pregnancy although it's usually expected later. If you don't have any other symptoms suggesting neural damage like numbness for example then this is probably due to pregnancy. Otherwise visiting a neurologist or your primary care physician would be recommended to exclude a neuropathy.

The bad thing about pregnancy related hot feet is that there is not much you can do besides cooling them naturally (for example with a wet towel).
